Victoria Lynn (Shull) Looney, known affectionately as Vicki, passed away on August 19, 2024, in Bend, Oregon, at the age of 61. Born on June 30, 1963, in Lynwood, California, she was a spirited and vibrant presence who brought joy and laughter to all who knew her.

Vicki was a loving, caring individual, often described as a spitfire and a firecracker with a big heart. Her wonderful smile and infectious laugh could light up a room. She dedicated her life to helping others, always ready with a kind word or a supportive gesture. Vicki's hobbies included crafts, baking, and swimming, and she was an avid lover of dogs, which reflected her nurturing and compassionate nature.

She leaves behind a loving family: her daughter Natalie, sons Brion and Matthew, sisters Dana and Cindi, nieces Amanda, Samantha, Caitlin, Adriana and Cheyenne, nephews Cody and Enrique, her great-nieces and nephew Royce, Alyna and Enrique, grandchildren Melanie, Emily, Ian, Bryson, Grace, Riley, Charissa, and Trinity, and her forever caring and supportive friend David. She was a loving partner to Kit, an adored stepmother to his daughter Dessie, and a cherished grandmother to her daughters Brittany and Sierra.
