On April 23, 2024, at 12:09 pm, an angel was born to Jasmine Bolden and Damien Horne in Longview, Texas and named Axell Damiere Horne.  

Axell was a ray of sunshine in our lives.  It was so unpredictable trying to bring him into life, and when he arrived, he made such a big entrance at Longview Regional Medical Center.  The cries were so loud and strong, we knew then, we had ourselves a fighter!  Baby Axell had a frown when he came into this world, but he had such a huge smile as he left us behind.  He was such a happy and smiley baby and full of energy. 

As Baby Axell Damiere Horne entered into that heavenly playground on August 17, 2024, he was welcomed by his paternal grandfather, Lonell Dixon; great-grandparents, Lonnie & Estella Halton, Edgar & Juanita Flakes; and cousin, Brantravious Williams.

He leaves sweet and precious memories to be treasured by his parents, Jasmine Bolden and Damien Horne; 3 sisters, Aylacia Luna, Alyssa Daniels, and Ava Coats; grandparents, Jacquelyn Bolden, FeDerrick Bolden, and Brenda Gilmore; great-great grandmother, Beulah Thomas; 3 uncles, Brandon Horne, Damian Bolden and Kamari Black; 1 aunt, Kyarea Bolden; a special godmother, Tanequia Gipson; and many other relatives and friends.

Baby Axell, you were "our big baby ... our jelly roll", and you will be forever loved and missed dearly.
