Carol Gertrude Armstrong entered heaven on August 17, 2024.
Carol was a staple in the Eagan community for 48 years. She had a private daycare for 37 of those years, where she shared the joy of caring and community while building a bond with several families and children.
Carol enjoyed family, traveling, decorating her home, socializing, and giving gifts. She had an adventurous spirit and traveled to many new places in her lifetime.
She was loved and will be missed by her family and friends.
Carol is preceded in death by parents, John and Bertha; sister, Audrey Brinkman; and brother, David Brinkman. Survived by daughter, Lisa (Mickey) Survoy and son, Steve (Stephinie) Armstrong; grandchildren, Anthony, Gideon, Jenna, and Noah. She is also survived by her brother John (Diane) Brinkman.
