Pearl T. Lee, née Toy, age 94, longtime resident of Skokie and owner of the former Canton Restaurant in Skokie, died Saturday, August 17, 2024, at Endeavor Health Evanston Hospital in Evanston.
Devoted daughter of the late Share Young and Louis Toy, she was born February 9, 1930, in Canton Province, China.
Beloved wife of the late Yee; loving mother of Henry (Roberta) and Helen; dear grandmother of Thomas and Peter; fond sister of the late Agnes and Wing; dearest aunt of many nieces and nephews.
Services are private.
