Stephen V. Jacquemin 1950-2024
With a heavy heart, we announce the passing of Stephen Victor Jacquemin, on August 16, 2024.
Steve is survived by his loving wife, Marti of 40 years, and was a devoted husband, father and
grandfather. Steve's kindness, generosity, and sense of humor touched everyone who knew
him, and his friends and family remember him as a man of great integrity and warmth.
Steve passions were boating and the Mercedes Gateway Club of St. Louis.
A 35-year Veteran of the Commercial Real Estate industry, Steve was an active member of
both SIOR, Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, and CCIM, Certified Commercial
Investment Institute. Steve was named CCIM Member of the Year in 2013, and served as
Regional Vice President of the Institute, which is the leader in educating commercial real
estate professionals.
In April 2017, Steve received the CCIM Foundation Endowment Award, honoring his many
years of outstanding achievement and created a scholarship to the Foundation in his name.
