Emily Elaine Duvall was born on June 3rd, 1942 and passed away at the age of 82 on August 17th, 2024 in Tonkawa, Ok.  She was born in Harper, Kansas, and was the daughter of Art and Polly Kraus.  Elaine graduated from Harper High School in 1960 where she excelled in tennis and enjoyed playing basketball

Elaine married Wayne Allen Duvall, Sr on March 3rd 1965, in Yuma, Arizona.  After Wayne finished his time serving in the United States Marine Corps, they moved to Meade, Kansas.  Elaine spent many years as a homemaker raising their two children, Wayne, Jr and Paula.  In 1973, the family moved to Anthony, Kansas and later to Caldwell, Kansas in 1985.  After her husband passed away in 1988, she resided in Tonkawa, Alva and Blackwell, OK.  Elaine enjoyed spending time with her family, going for drives in the country and sightseeing.

She was preceded in death by her husband and her parents.  Elaine is survived by her son, Wayne and wife, Brenda of Tonkawa, Ok and daughter, Paula Newsome and husband, Vance of Russellville, Arkansas.  Surviving also are her grandchildren, Jessica, Clayton (Amanda), Hayden (Ashley) Jack  and Cayden, seven great grandchildren and her brothers, Lairy Moyer and Ronnie Moyer of Cody, Wyoming.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
