Clifton  Minix, 74 years old of North Judson, Indiana, passed away Saturday, August 17, 2024 in North Judson, Indiana.

He was born Tuesday, May 9, 1950 in Knox, Indiana, Son of the late Donna Minix and the late Tressie(Lovely) Minix.

February 21, 1968, Clifton married the former Thelma Smith, she preceded him on February 2, 2004.

Clifton was a member of the North Judson American Legion.  He enjoyed fishing and going to yard sales.  Clifton enjoyed working on the railroad.  He enjoyed socializing and talking to people.  His greatest passion was spending time with his family and grandchildren..

He worked for Con rail railroad .

Surviving are Son, Curtis(Sarah) Minix of Culver, Indiana, 5 grandchildren 10 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Thelma Minix and  daughter Cindy Palmer Fletcher, parents Donna and Tressie Minix, brothers Marvin and Stanley Minix and sisters Betty Jean Sowards, Eileen Wireman, Laurren Minix.

Friends will be received 10 AM till time of service at 1 PM, Saturday, August 24, 2024  at the Braman & Son Memorial Chapel, Knox, Indiana.

Services will be held at Braman & Son Memorial Chapel, Saturday, August 24, 2024 at 1 PM with Rev. Bruce Bennett officiating.

Interment will follow in the Crown Hill Cemetery, Knox, Indiana.
