Ronald R. Filkill, age 87, beloved husband of Janet (nee Lane) for 66 years. Loving father of Ronald, Cynthia Flores (John dec.), Michael (dec.), Jeffrey (Robin) and Catherine Filkill. Dear grandfather of Jessica, Dane, Hannah, Joshua, Thomas, and Diana. Great-grandfather of Maria, Adriana, and Jesus and great-great-grandfather of Elias, Elena, Daniel, Khyre, Jlynn, and Leah. Brother of the late Beverly Nethers (John dec.). Uncle to many nieces and nephews. Ron was a retired Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Air Force and a retired Cleveland School Educator. Private family services.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Prince of Peace Lutheran Church 28455 Center Ridge Rd. Westlake, or NAMI Greater Cleveland.
