Eula Mae Thompson Ridings, 86, of High Point, formerly Grundy, VA, passed away, Saturday, August 17, 2024, at the Westchester Manor Nursing and Rehab Center.
She was born November 19, 1937, in Grundy, VA, to the late George W. Thompson and the late Hagar Fletcher Thompson.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Verlin Ridings; brothers, Wayne Thompson, Russell Thompson, Bill Thompson and Don Thompson; and her son in law, Dr. W. Earl Barbour.
Left to cherish her memory: daughter, Carol Sue Barbour; son, Michael "Mike" Wayne Ridings and wife Dawn; grandchildren, Thomas Gibbs and wife Meredith, Zane Ridings and wife Andrea, and Brett Barbour and wife Christi; great grandchildren, Savannah, Ben, Vivian, Victoria, Aubrey, Abby, Ethan, and Sarah; sisters, Sandy Thompson and Juanita Clark and husband Bob; and her aunt, Madaline Fletcher; along with a host of nieces and nephews.
No services are planned at this time.
