Toni Renee Jolliff, 67, of Mansfield, Arkansas, passed from this life on August 12, 2024. She was born in Athens, Texas on February 28, 1957, to Freddie Jason Armer and Wanda Lucille Lovett.

Toni was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, and grandmother. She devoted her life to caring for her family as a homemaker. Left to cherish her memory are her children, Kage Bullock and Tammy Bartlet of Fort Smith, Arkansas, Addie Kasper (Kris) of Mansfield, Arkansas, and Johnathan Armstrong; her grandchildren, Braiden Kasper, Eden Bullock, Rylan Baxter, Salym Schlotter (Alrick), Tansy Shears, Gabriel Jones, Logan Bullock, Ethan Bullock, Megan Kasper, Devan Kasper, Koda English, and India Dennis; one great-grandson, Alexander Schlotter; three sisters, Sue Erp of Mountainburg, Arkansas, Pam Sackman of Ozark, Arkansas, and Shanda Phillips of Siloam Springs, Oklahoma; and two brothers, Steve Armer of Ozark, Arkansas, and Jay Armer of North Carolina.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Leroy Jolliff, and her parents, Freddie and Wanda Armer.
