Steven Ray Hoke Obituary

Steven Ray Hoke, age 72, passed away on Sunday, August 11, 2024 at Sebastian River Medical Center in Florida. Born October 11, 1951 he was the son of the late Melvin Hoke and Ruth Cook Hoke.

Steven worked at Kimballs with 27+ years of service. He was a member of Daisy Hill United Methodist Church and on the Board of directors for Vero Lake Estates and Whole Family Healthcare in Vero Beach Florida.

Steven is survived by his brother, Marvin Hoke (Ardith); sister, Karen Sue Hoke-Eidem (Paul); nephews, D.J. Eidem and Jeffrey Hoke; and niece, Jessica Drew.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 7, at 11 a.m. at Daisy Hill United Methodist Church, with Sam Meyer officiating.  Burial to follow at Swayback Cemetery.  Visitation will be held on Friday, September 6, from 4-8 p.m. at Hughes-Taylor Funeral Home - Borden Chapel, and on Saturday from 10 a.m. until time of service at Daisy Hill UMC.
