Mr. Arthur Wayne "Sam" Thomas, 69 of Sugar Land, Texas passed away on Monday, August 12, 2024. A Public Viewing will occur on Saturday, August 24, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. The Celebration of Life will start at 11:00 a.m., followed by an Interment at Laurel Hill Memorial Gardens Cemetery. All services will be held at Williams Temple C.O.G.I.C., 1500 Union Boulevard, Saint Louis, MO 63113.
