Michael Darius Wiley, age 33, entered into eternal rest on August 8, 2024 at his home in Pascagoula, MS. He was born October 2, 1990 in Pascagoula, MS, to Marilyn Montgomery and Michael L. Wiley. Michael was a 2009, graduate of Pascagoula High School. Upon graduating from High School, he attended Job Corp. He went on to enrolled at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College. Michael obtained to certifications in Process Operations Technology before graduating with his Associate’s degree in December 2022.

Michael overcame many challenges and obstacles in his life but with God’s help and a strong mother he met his goals. While attending college he made the Dean’s List. He worked various jobs prior to his
employment at Singing River Hospital where he remained until his untimely death. During his employment he obtained numerous awards in his two-year tenure. Michael was an exemplary employee. He will be greatly missed because of the humble service that he rendered.

Michael seem to most as quiet and unassuming but to those who knew him also knew his loving nature. My gentle giant as I often told others that he was. To know him was to love him. He was a true overcomer.

He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Bennie Wiley, Sr., and Odessa M Wiley, his sister, Elizabeth Montgomery.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his loving and devoted mother, Marilyn Montgomery and his father, Michael Wiley. His grandparents, Corine and Roosevelt Montgomery Pascagoula, MS and Reverend David
and Helen King, Kennedy, AL. And his niece, Kamila (toot) Armstrong. His numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and friends. His special cousins that he shared a close bond with, Courtney, CJ and Geoffrey. There so many people that touched his life.
