Alicia Stacey Parker-Bright

Alicia Stacey Parker-Bright, 40, was born on October 12, 1977 in Sonora, CA to John & Julie Ann (Parker) Bright. She died Sunday, August 26, 2018 in Oklahoma City, from injuries received from an automobile accident. Alicia grew up in Sonora, graduating from Sonora High School in 1995. After high school, she attended Delta Junior College, earning an Associated Degree. Following college, Alicia married Craig Whitfield and from this union was born a son, Justin Tyler Whitfield. In 2011, Alicia and Justin moved from Sonora to Sulphur. Alicia loved being outdoors. She enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening and boating. She was a rather crafty individual, especially when it came to carpentry. Alicia was a very sentimental person, keeping every memento that was given to her. Survivors include her son, Justin Whitfield of Sonora; her parents, John & Julie Bright of Sonora; one brother, Steven Bare of Paramount, CA; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. No services are scheduled at this time.
