Diane E. Callihan 71, of New Paris, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, August 1, 2024 at home surrounded by her family. She was born on August 18, 1952, in New Paris, a daughter of the late Harry A. and Emma Lucille (Oldham) Callihan. She is survived by a daughter Michelle Callihan and husband Glen Melius, of Schellsburg, a brother Jay Callihan and wife Chris, of Schellsburg, and a very special friend Dorie Miller. She was preceded in death by three brothers: Bobby Callihan and widow Joann, of Schellsburg, Richard Callihan and widow Elaine, of Schellsburg, and Veryl Callihan and wife Susan.
Diane enjoyed quilting and hooking rugs. She attended the Faith Brethren Bible Church.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, August 5, 2024 at 11:00 a.m., in the Chapel at the Timothy A. Berkebile Funeral Home, in Bedford. Burial at Cuppett Cemetery. Friends will be received on Monday, from 10:00 a.m., until the hour of the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
