Mollie Crabtree Obituary

Mrs. Mollie Dean Crabtree, 90 of Berea, passed from this life and marched into Heaven on Monday, July 29, 2024 at her home. She was born in Oklahoma City, OK on August 21, 1933 the daughter of Homer Brinlee and Gertie Ryals. Mollie accepted Christ as her savior as a young girl and had a life-long heart for missions. Mollie passed on that heart for Christ and missions through her work with young girls in various mission programs within the church. She worked as an office manager in medical and real estate businesses. She was always an active member in a local church wherever they were living, with most recently, being a member of Gethsemane Baptist Church of Berea. She was an avid photographer and enjoyed crocheting and knitting, but the most important things in her life were her family and friends.

She is survived by her loving husband of 71 years, Charles Frank Crabtree; her children: Charles David and Marilyn Crabtree of Mt. Vernon, Michael Allen Crabtree of Asheville, NC, Cathy Lynne and Donnie Mashburn of Marion, KS, Patrick Dean and Kelli Crabtree of Claremore, OK, and Lisa Yvonne and Patrick Callahan of Corbin.
