Edward August Martin, 73, of Wheeling, WV passed away on July 29, 2024 at Liza's Place surrounded by family. He was born on January 12, 1951 to the late Edward H. and Beatrice Marie (Loges) Martin. He is also preceded in death by four brothers Charles, Norman, Gene, and Victor Martin. and one nephew, Michael Ledergerber. Edward retired in 2009 from the Wheeling Water Treatment Plant for his work as a Master Electrician . He is survived by his wife of ( 52 Years) Gloria Jean (Downing) Martin, one son Thomas V. (Jenna) Martin of Wheeling, four grandchildren Delaney, Adisyn, Manning, Steele Edward, one sister Pam (John) Ledergerber of Wheeling, one sister in law Myrna Agar of Wheeling, cousin Frank (Linda) Martin of Florida, and many friends and family, nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at Salvation Army Church 3333 Eoff Street Wheeling, WV. on September 28, 2024 at 11 am.
