Jeff Curtis Obituary

Jeffery Allen Curtis, 61, of Lexington, passed away Sunday, July 28, 2024 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center.

A Mt. Olivet native born January 17, 1963 to the late Bobbie N. & Juanita Poe Curtis, he was a 1982 graduate of Deming High School, was a former member of the Kentucky Army National Guard, and worked for many years as an auto mechanic. Jeff enjoyed playing pool, fishing and  golfing. 

Surviving are a brother, William “Pete” (Angela) Curtis of Mt. Olivet; a sister, Emma Dalton of Lexington; 2 nephews, Jason (Kelly) Curtis & Jamie Curtis; and 2 nieces, Jessica Curtis (Chris Thomas) and Katherine (James) Fletcher.

Also preceding him in death was a niece, Angie Hayes. 

In accordance with his wishes, Jeff will be cremated with no formal services.
