Stanley A. Kobylinski Obituary

Stanley A. Kobylinski passed away on Monday, July 29, 2024 at his home in Monroe Twp. He was 85 years old. Stanley was born and raised in South River. He later lived in Jamesburg and Spotswood before moving to Monroe Twp. in 1987. He began his career working for Personal Products, and later joined the South River Police Force. He worked there for three years before joining the New Jersey State Police where he worked for 29 1/2 years and retired as Sargent First Class in 1994. After retiring from the State Police, Stan worked as a basketball official and lead assigner in the Greater Middlesex County area for over 20 years. Stanley was an avid hunter and fisherman and enjoyed his family above all else.


He was predeceased by his parents and his wife, Constance. Also, three siblings, Janie, Victoria, and Joseph.


He is survived by his two children, Pamela Rickard of Monroe Twp., and Kevin Kobylinski and his wife Kristy of Nellysford, VA, four grandchildren, Lauren and her husband Stephen, Casey and his wife Nami, Jake, and Ty and his wife Giulia, and three great grandchildren, Austin, Addison, and Kennedy, one brother-in-law Joal Fekete of TN and many other extended family members.


The Family will be having a Memorial Dinner and Celebration of Life from 6-10pm on Saturday, August 17, 2024 at Ria Mar Restaurant for all Friends and Family.
