David E. Artman, 70, passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 28, 2024 at University Hospital in Cleveland.
He was born on October 18, 1953 to parents Charlise and Charlotte (Williams) Artman in Conneaut.
David graduated from Northwestern High School Class of 1972. He spent his early years in Springboro, PA where he met his wife, Jeannette. They married on March 18, 1980, and eventually moved to Conneaut where they spent the rest of their lives together. David was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He was a car guy, specifically working on model cars and had a love for NASCAR.
David is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Jeannette Artman; children, Dorothy (Alvin Jones) Hammond, Tammy (Kevin) Fetterhoff, and Ralph Hammond; grandchildren, Parris (Aly) Fetterhoff and Katelyn (Roy) Knapp; and one great granddaughter, Kinsleigh Rae Knapp.
Aside from his parents, David was preceded in death by his sons, Tommy and William Hammond.
In following David’s wishes, no services will be held.
