Thomas Jerome Beck Jr. entered into Eternal Rest on July 26,

2024. He was surrounded by his loving family.

Thomas (“Tom” to friends and “Tucker” to family) was born on

June 12, 1937 in Detroit, Michigan to Thomas Sr. and Adele

Beck. Thomas resided in Taylor, Michigan for many years and

had long ago retired as an accountant from Kelsey-Hayes

Corporation. He was a graduate of the Lawrence Institute of

Technology. He loved playing first base in soft-ball, playing golf,

and was a long-suffering Tigers and Lions fan.

His cherished wife of 60 years, Joan, preceded him in death.

He was the loving father of Joan (Richard) Dias, Jerome Beck,

and Terri (Daniel) Paolinetti and the dearest and proud

grandfather of Eric, Alessandra, Nicaela, and Breckin. Tucker was

the dear brother of Rose and brother-in-law of Arthur. He was

the uncle to his loving and caring niece Katherine, who helped

him in so many ways. He also leaves many nieces and nephews

to mourn his passing.

Thomas was preceded in death by his parents Thomas Sr. and

Adele, as well as his sister, Donna. Thomas will be deeply

missed by family and friends.

Inurnment Our Lady of Hope Cemetery on August 10, 2024 at
