We respectfully announce the passing of retired educator, Mrs. Catherine Perdue, age 96 of Rome, Georgia on Sunday, July 28, 2024, at a local health care facility following a period of declining health. Homegoing services celebrating her life will be held on Monday, August 5, 2024, at 12:00 P.M. at Metropolitain United Methodist Church. Final resting place and internment will follow alongside her beloved Eugene at Oaknoll Cemetery.
Family will receive friends on Sunday, August 4, 2024 at Cosmopolitan United Methodist Church, Cave Spring, Georgia from 5:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M.
