Gerald "Jerry" David Baker, 68, of Dayton, passed away on July 26, 2024 at the ACMH Hospital surrounded by his loving family.
Jerry worked as a manager for Ace Hardware in Kittanning for 30 years. He enjoyed classic cars, watching old TV shows, fishing and snacks. Jerry loved spending time with his family and will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, and brother.
Surviving is his wife, Terry (Shotts) Baker of Dayton; daughter, Lindsay Baker of Dayton; two sons, David (Sarah) Baker of Dayton and Michael (Erica) Baker of Elmore, OH; grandchildren, Rhett, Sutton, and Sophie Baker; brother, Edward (Theresa) Baker of Tucson, AZ; sister, Pamela (Gary) Bowser of Ford City; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; father and mother-in-law, Lynn and Dorothy Shotts; brother, Richard Baker; sister, Melinda Atherton along with her husband, Kelly; and a half brother, Paul Baker, Jr.
Funeral arrangements are private and have been entrusted to the Carson/Boyer Funeral Home, Inc, Rural Valley.
