Deborah A. Gilliland, 75, of Oil City, PA., passed away  Friday July 26, 2024 at Oakwood Heights in Oil City, PA.

            Born May 31, 1949 in Oil City, PA., she was the daughter of Hope Marie Summerville Carbaugh and the late Robert K. Carbaugh Sr.

Deborah was a graduate of Oil City High School.

She was married in 1971 to Edward Charles Gilliland and he preceded her in death in 1994.

Deb then met Glenn Ivan Harper Sr. and they were together for many years until his passing in 2020.

She enjoyed taking road trips with Glenn and spending time with family, especially the grandchildren.

She had worked at Harry’s Auto parts and more recently at Thorne’s Market.

Deb is survived by her mother of Oil City

There will be no viewing or visitation.

Services will take place at the convenience of the family.

Interment will be at Sunset Hill Memorial Gardens
