It is with sadness that the family of Jacob "Jake" Talsma announce his sudden passing at Kingston Health Science Centre on Saturday July 20th, 2024 in his 64th year. Jake is survived by his loving spouse Lana Weinber. He is the proud father of Zack (Sarah) and Rachel and will be lovingly remembered by Lana's children Nicole (Corey), Joal (Jules) and his grandchildren Kashton, Owen, Noah, Maren and Delia. Beloved brother of Andrew Talsma and predeceased by his parents Dick & Hendrika "Henny" Talsma. Jake will be especially missed by his fur babies Samson, Tessie, Myla (Finn), Louie and Teddy. A memorial gathering will be held at WEAVER - East, 29 Bay St., Trenton on Wednesday July 31st, 2024 from 1-3 pm, with a time of reflection and memories to begin at 2:00pm followed by a private family interment.
