LIGHTHEART, Brad

With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Brad on Saturday July 20, 2024 at VON Sakura House, Woodstock in his 68th year.

Beloved husband of Cindy (Rogers) Lightheart. Loving dad of Matthew, and Becky Stewart (Matt). Cherished papa of Hunter, Colten, Caleb, Rayna, and great papa to Gracie. Loving son of Robert (Jean) and the late Ila Lightheart. Dear brother of Linda Rogers (Joel). Dear uncle of Shannon and the late Shane. Son-in-law of Pat and Jim Rogers.

Cremation has taken place. A private family burial will be held at Hillview Cemetery, Woodstock.

A Celebration of Brad’s life will be held at Ingersoll Services for Seniors 250 Ingersoll Street South, Ingersoll on Saturday August 10, 2024 from 1-4 pm.

Memorial donations to VON Sakura House Woodstock would be appreciated.

Oh my gosh how do we begin to thank so many people for so many things when an on line thank you just doesn’t seem to be enough…

Our families are so overwhelmed, we feel so blessed to have so many good-hearted people in our lives. We wish to sincerely thank family, friends and neighbours, for sending food, for helping with outdoor chores, for so many wonderful cards, thoughtful gifts, beautiful flowers, and plants. Also, for memorial donations given in honour of Brads name.

It was so wonderful to see so many people at Brads celebration of life, touched our hearts deeply.

Special thanks to the Ingersoll Senior Centre for all their amazing help. Special thank to the doctors, nurses, and staff at VON Sakura House. Special thanks to Robert (Bob) Rivest and staff at McBeath-Dynes Funeral Home in Ingersoll for all your continuous support during our difficult time.
