Danny Paris - age 65 of Dandridge went home to be with his Lord and Savior Sunday, July 21, 2024, at 12:55 am. Danny was born a Knoxville native and had in his later years moved to Dandridge, TN with his wife, Cate. Danny was the founding owner of Dan’s Advantage Towing and Recovery located in Knoxville, TN along with his son, Josh. Danny had worked in the wrecker industry for well over 40 years and had a passion for his community and the industry. Danny started Dan’s Advantage Towing in 2004 and his son, Josh, continues the legacy today. Danny was also known to most by “DAN”, but to others it was Coach. Danny gave back to the community with his passion for football and the young men that called him Coach. Danny was an avid fishermen and outdoorsman that loved to set a hook on a big bass. Danny was a father to his two sons and a proud grandfather to all six of his grandkids. Danny was a stern man and some would say he was intimidating, but to all who knew him understood his heart was bigger than the Knoxville skyline. He will be missed but never forgotten.
Preceded in death by son, Christopher Paris; parents, Troy and Anna Ruth Paris; and siblings, Jim, Bruce, Guy and Carolyn Paris.
Survived by son, Josh (Suzy) Paris; grandchildren, Hunter Paris, Barrett Maddox, Bryson Maddox, Addison Maddox, Kanon Paris, and Loghan Paris; and brothers, Darrel, Joe, Bobby and Fuzzy Paris.
