Regina E. Puhl, 93, of Reedsburg, passed away on Saturday, July 20, 2024 at Our House Senior Living. 

Regina was born May 31, 1931 in Juneau County, WI, the daughter of Arthur and Viva (Stout) Jackson.

On July 25, 1953 she married John C. Puhl. He preceded her in death July 7, 2009. 

Regina worked for Hankscraft for 35 years. She loved to travel and her and John traveled all 50 states including Mexico, Canada, and Costa Rica. She was a member of the Reedsburg VFW Post 1916 Auxiliary, and a lifetime member of the Ladies Auxiliary Purple Heart Unit 162. She also played a big part in getting the Veteran’s Memorial in Reedsburg started. 

She enjoyed spending time with her friends and family, and making her apple pies. She loved watching the Brewer and Packer games, and always on Sunday mornings going out for breakfast with friends and family at Marty’s Steak House. 

In addition to her husband, John, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Gail Woodruff; and daughter-in-law, Diann Puhl.

Survivors include her son Kurt Puhl of Reedsburg; her grandchildren: Heath and Derek Puhl, Amanda Hernandez, Sara (James) Cooper, James Tseng, Jon (Heather) Puhl. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren: Alexia, Shae, Karson, Kaylee and Thiago. 

Funeral services for Regina will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday, July 24, 2024 at the Church of God in Reedsburg with Chaplain Daniel Farber officiating. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service at the church. Burial will be made in Pine Eden Cemetery in Wonewoc.
