Andrew (Andy) David Conner, 51, of Milton, West Virginia went home to be with the Lord on July 16, 2024. He was born September 9th, 1972, the son of David and Doreen Conner. He is survived by his wife, Jan Conner, his two sons, Logan and Caleb Conner, sister, Kimberly (Rick) Hayes, niece Ava Hayes, and father and mother, David and Doreen Conner. He was also survived by several Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces, and Nephews that loved him. Andy graduated from Pensacola Christian College which led him into a life of full-time Christian ministry. He spent most of his life as a Pastor, and Youth Pastor to several churches across the country. He also spent many years devoted to the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA). He was blessed with the gift of teaching and relating to the youth of the church and was able to help hundreds of young people make important life choices and showed them how to turn to God in the midst of struggle. Most recently, he was able to serve as the Associate Pastor to Big Branch Church. He was dedicated to the church family there, whom he loved, and to working for the Lord alongside the people of Big Branch. He also worked with the youth of Big Branch and was devoted to bringing them to the Lord and shining the Lord’s light as an example to the youth he served. He was a dedicated father to his two sons, Logan and Caleb. He loved to spend time with his family. He loved to golf with his dad and his two sons. He had a love for sports. He loved getting to share time involved with sports with his dad, sons and the youth with which he was involved throughout his time with FCA and as the Youth Pastor of several other churches. He had a great sense of humor, which included several “dad” jokes and he loved being able to bring a smile to the faces of everyone he met. When he wasn’t at church he could be found at home with his wife and their dogs, or even on the zero-turn lawn mower that he was so proud of. Andy often liked to share his life verse, which was Isaiah 12:2, “Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and will not be afraid; for the Lord God is my strength and my song, and he has become my salvation.
