Gloria R Smith 86 passed away Saturday July 13, 2024 at Homestead of Abilene. Gloria was the daughter of Nestor and Juanita Rivera. In 1975 Gloria married Wilbur Smith Sr. Wilbur’s military time meant that they moved often last residing in Salina, Kansas
Gloria was preceded in death by her husband and her parents as well as her daughter Jody Ann Madrid, son Mario Madrid and grandson Garriett Smith and brothers Cordy Rivera and sister Hina Williams and brother Daniel Rivera.
Gloria is survived by sons Joe Madrid, Vincent Madrid and Wilbur Smith Jr. “Billy”, daughter Karen Burkholder.
In keeping with Gloria’s wishes the family has chosen cremation and there will be no services.
