JACQUELINE ANN EYBERS

West Nyack, NY


Jacqueline Ann Eybers, of West Nyack, NY entered into eternal rest on July 9, 2024 at Montefiore Nyack Hospital in Nyack, NY. She was 63 years old.


The daughter of the late Edward F. Forker and Helen M. Wadden, Jacqueline was born on March 25, 1961 in the Bronx, NY.


She was an active member of the St. Francis of Assisi Church. Jackie, as many knew her, was a friend and loved one to many, she was extremely giving with her time and love. Jackie welcomed everyone into her life and gave her time and caring freely to all, she will be missed greatly.


Jacqueline is survived by her loving husband: Andrew N. Eybers at home; her sons: David Nordstrom, and wife Margherita, Christopher Nordstrom, Thomas Nordstrom, Matthew Nordstrom, and Joseph Eybers; her granddaughter: Isla Nordstrom; and by her sisters: Denise A. (Forker) Milianta of New Windsor, NY, and Theresa (Forker) Davis and husband Jeffrey of New Windsor, NY, and nieces Kayla Johnson, and Madison Milianta.


A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 20th at St. Francis of Assisi Church, 128 Parrott Road, West Nyack, NY.
