GARY ALLAN RICE Obituary

Gary Allan Rice, 68, of Wilkes-Barre, formerly of White Haven, died on Tuesday, July 9, 2024.

Koch Rice and was a graduate of Crestwood High School.  Gary was a proud American giving his life to his country and the United States Army.  He was a Combat Engineer in the Army/National Guard retiring as E5 Sgt after 22 years of service.
