Funeral service for Charles Ronald “Ronnie” Ford, 76 of Jacksonville, will be held on Friday, July 12, 2024, at 11:00 am at Anniston Memorial Funeral Home. Rev. Hubert Ford and Rev. Hollis Martin will be officiating the service. The family will receive friends from 10:00 am until 11:00 am at the funeral home. Burial will follow the service in Halls Chapel Cemetery.

Mr. Ford passed away on Wednesday, July 10, 2024, at his home. He is preceded in death by his parents, Rev. Barney and Elizabeth Ford; and his loving wife of 57 years, Diane Ford.

He leaves behind his children, Darren Ford (Amanda), Shane Ford, Hayley Leake (Chandler); grandchildren, Coley Greene (Brandon), Olivia Ford, Isaac Israel, Elisha Israel, Rebekah Israel; great grandchild, Clover Greene; brothers, Tim Ford (Patti) and David Ford (Carol); sisters in law, Mildred Hames, Marie Key, Carol Coogler, and Eunice Coogler; brother in law, Horace Bragg; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins whom he loved dearly.

Mr. Ford was a veteran of the United States Navy joining at the age of 17 and served his country during Vietman. He retired from Goodyear. He was a devoted Christian and loved the Lord. He was married to his wife Diane, for 57 years, she was the love of his life. He will forever be missed.

Pallbearers will be Jeff Key, Darren Ford, Chandler Leake, David Ford, Randy Reid, and Brett Reid.
