Stephen Dayton Chester, 64, of Blue Bell, PA died on July 3, 2024. He was the husband of Kathleen (Ritchie) Chester. Stephen was born in Charlotte, NC on December 16, 1959 to Arden (Fuller) Chester and the late John E. Chester. He was an Assistant Manager in the Food Industry for many years. He enjoyed bible study and did a 4-year program for Education For Ministry in the hope to become a Deacon. Stephen loved the outdoors. He enjoyed hiking, fishing, cooking, and traveling with his wife, Kathleen. Stephen was a history buff and loved Indian and Viking history. Along with his wife Kathleen, and mother Arden he is survived by his son William Dayton Chester, brother John E. Chester, III, niece Rebecca Chester, nephew Paul Chester, and many cousins. He was pre-deceased by his brother Kevin S. Chester. Relatives and friends are invited to his Funeral Service on Saturday, July 20, 2024 at 11 AM at St Dunstan’s Episcopal Church, 750 Skippack Pike Blue Bell PA. 19422. A visitation will be held from 10:00 AM - 11:00AM to at the Church. Interment will be Private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Stephen’s name can be made to Gift of Life Donor Program, 401 North 3rd Street Philadelphia, PA 19123 or at www.donors1.org/give.
