Eugene Phelps Sr., 90, of Jeffersonville, IN, passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 6, 2024, at Clark Memorial Hospital. Born September 15, 1933, in Morgantown, KY, he was the beloved son of the late Euman and Sarah Francis Phelps.
