Kristopher Mikeal Tomplait Obituary

Kristopher Mikeal Tomplait, aged 33, of South Bend, Indiana, passed away on July 6, 2024. He was born on May 10, 1991, in St. Petersburg, Florida.

During his school years, he was on soccer and baseball teams. Kristopher spent several years in Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts and enjoyed their camping trips.

As a small business owner, Kristopher founded Archivists Endeavors. Colleagues and clients alike respected Kristopher for his expertise in providing exceptional service. He especially liked to help his friends and others with their computer problems.

Kristopher was a proud member of the Army National Guard and received an Honorable Discharge.

He is survived by his loving mother, Nancy Huston, and stepfather, Stephen Huston, both of South Bend. His legacy lives on through his son, Isaac Jewert of Elkhart. Kristopher was also survived by his stepsisters, Angela Funkhouser of Benton Harbor, Michigan, and Melanie Jewert of Rockville, Indiana. He was preceded in death by his sister, Ann Marie Tinsman.

A Memorial Service will be held at 6:00pm Monday, July 29, 2024 at  Palmer Funeral Homes – River Park Chapel, 2528 Mishawaka Ave., South Bend, IN 46615. Friends may visit with the family from 4:00pm - 6:00pm prior to the service at the funeral home.
