Michael Allen Baxmann, a loving father, devoted husband, and cherished friend, passed away peacefully on July 6, 2024, in Cookeville, Tennessee at the age of 61. Born to John and Patricia West Hilbert on September 6, 1962, in Hanover, Pennsylvania, Michael's early foundation in family and service would come to define his remarkable life.
