Doris McDill, age 90, passed away peacefully with her family by her side at her residence on August 5th.  She was born in Youngstown, Ohio to Henry and Mary Inabnit, and at a young age moved to Tampa Florida where she spent her early years. She met and married her husband Billy O. McDill Sr. of 66 years in Gadsden AL.  Doris was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and her son Dudley McDill.  She attended Woodlawn Church and loved spending quality time with her grandchildren and her family.  She leaves her cherished memories to her children Billy “Chip” McDill Jr (Mary “Charlie”), and Dottie Berry (Ken), grandchildren Chelsea Gamble (Thomas), and Chrystal Tinner (Zach), great grandchildren Abigail Grace Gamble, Josiah William Gamble, and Isaiah Knox Tinner, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.  Family will receive friends 1:00 – 2:00 Friday, August 12, 2022 at Kent Forest Lawn Funeral Home.  Funeral services will follow the visitation at 2 pm.  Entombment will be at Evergreen Memorial Gardens.  In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made in Doris’ honor to Grace Covenant Church, 345 W. 14th St., Panama City, Florida 32401.
