Mary Jo West, 90, of Ooltewah, Tennessee, formerly of Soddy-Daisy, Tennessee, passed away on Friday, August 19, 2022. She was a 1949 graduate of Soddy-Daisy High School, attended the University of Chattanooga, and was a graduate of the School of Licensed Practical Nursing Program at Chattanooga City School. After Mrs. West’s retirement from Erlanger Medical Center, she became a volunteer at the carousel where she met many new friends, and loved the interaction with everyone she came in contact with there.
