Shaela Michelle Bailey Obituary

OGDEN - Shae passed away on Saturday, July 6, 2024.  Shae was born April 22, 1986, to Lyle and Lisa Bailey. She grew up in South Ogden and graduated from Bonneville High School in 2004.

After Shae graduated, she worked with the disabled and helped to take care of them. She also spent some time working at McKay Dee Hospital.

Shae had a big heart and always wanted to help people.  She was always the first to say hi to people and make them feel welcome. She loved her family, especially her nieces and nephews.  She had a great sense of humor and was always joking with her siblings when they were together. Since she was a little girl, she excelled at sports, and she loved the Patriots.  She had her own routine to watch every game. She loved all the pets she had throughout her life.  They were always very special to her.

Shae is survived by her parents, Lyle and Lisa Bailey; two sisters and a brother; Nathan (Karen) Bailey; Mikaela (Cole) Thon; Siearra (Andrew) Skanchy; her nieces and nephews; Ryan, Connor, Jackson, Shelby, Ava, Max, Ethan, Morgan, Corinne, Afton & Brennen.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents and her older brother, Halvor Bailey, who we know she is celebrating being united with.

Visitation with the family will be on Thursday, July 11th, 2024 from 10:00 am-11:00 am with a service directly following from 11:00 am-12:00 pm at Myers Mortuary, 845 S Washington Blvd, Ogden, UT, 84404.
