Mr. Derek DeVone Hall, 41 went to be with the Lord on Saturday, July 6, 2024 at his home.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at Butler Funeral Home in Roseboro with Reverend Adam Capps and Jennifer Thompson officiating. The burial will follow at Sunrise Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 1:50 PM on Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at the funeral home prior to the service.

Mr. Hall was a native of Sampson County, the son of Garret Allen and Hilda Capps Hall.  He was a barber.

He leaves to cherish his memory his son, Dylan DeVone Hall; his parents, Garret and Hilda Hall; his brother, Gary Allen Hall; his maternal grandmother, Sonja Capps McLamb; and two nephews, Nicholas Hall and Chad Hall.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Salemburg Christian Food Bank or Autism Society of North Carolina, Attn: Donations, 5121 Kingdom Way, # 100, Raleigh, NC 27607.
