Dennis Ray Duckett, 61 of Calvert City, Kentucky passed away on Saturday, July 6, 2024 at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, Indiana.


Dennis was born in Murray, Kentucky on December 12, 1962 to the late Charles Duckett and Hallie Rhodes Duckett Orr. He worked alongside his brother as an auto mechanic for D & W Garage in Calvert City. Dennis enjoyed racing cars, riding motorcycles and spending time with his family and friends.


He is survived by his two daughters, Heather Lane of Calvert City and Ashley Wyatt (Sid) of Benton; one son, Dennis Michael Duckett of Calvert City; the mother of his children, Debbie Duckett of Calvert City; three brothers, Darrell Duckett (Lenella), Wayne Duckett and Roger Duckett , all of Calvert City; two sisters, Charlotte Younglove (John) of Calvert City and Carla Duckett of Benton; his significant other, Caressia Phelps Combs of Calvert City; seven grandchildren, Jadelynn Henley, Hayden Henley, Taygan Lane, Dawson James, Tristan Wyatt, Kendall Duckett, Bentley Duckett; one great-grandchild, Jensen Woodrough.


He was preceded in death by his sister-in-law, June Duckett and his parents.


A funeral service will be at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at Collier Funeral Home with Jim Capps officiating. Interment will follow at Fooks Cemetery, Benton, KY.


Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at Collier Funeral Home, 211 West 5th, Benton, Kentucky.
