Brandy Ann Strode, 49, of Maysville, passed away peacefully at her residence on Sunday June 30, 2024, surrounded by family.

Brandy was born April 17, 1975, in Xenia, Ohio to the late Raymond Ellias Shoemaker and the late Paula Dianne Ferguson Shoemaker. She loved her dogs and enjoyed tending to her flowers, shopping and crafting items especially for decorating her home.

She is survived by her husband of 13 years, Bobby Strode; her sons Raymond Kettlehake and Michael Kettlehake; a sister Robin Shoemaker; nephews Dustin Freeman, Jared and Camden Shoemaker, Carter and Jackson Strode; nieces Brooke Strode, Jerrica and Jacie Rayburn; and a great nephew Beckett Elias Freeman.

Services for Brandy Ann Strode will be held Friday July 5, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. at Brell & Son Funeral Home with Chaplain Christine Haught officiating Burial will follow at Hillcrest Garden of Memories.

Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service.

Pallbearers will be Raymond Kettlehake, Michael Kettlehake, Dustin Freeman, Jared Shoemaker, Jerry Rayburn, and Chris Strode. Honorary pallbearers will be Robert Strode Sr., Dylan Blalock, George Perez, and Kevin Strode.
