Judith K. Judd, age 72, of Pekin, passed away on Wednesday, June 26, 2024, at Baptist Health Floyd Hospital. Born August 10, 1951, she was the daughter of the late Andrew Reddington and Mary Rose (Byer) Reddington. On November 25, 1996 she married the love of her life Herbert Raymond Judd, who Proceeded her in Death.

Judith was a Homemaker and a member of the Pekin Methodist Church. To her grandchildren, she was not just a grandmother but a beacon of unconditional love and Joy. She cherished every moment spent with them, creating lasting memories filled with laughter and affection. She was known as the “grandma of the neighborhood,” She touched countless lives with her genuine concern and willingness to help others in times of need. Her doors were always open, and her heart was always full of love for those around her. Her spirit lives on in the lives she has touched and the hearts she has warmed throughout her lifetime.

Judith is survived by her children, William R. Judd, Kimberly D Judd and Jennifer L. Rodriguez; 1 brother: John Reddington and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Judd; her parents; 1 brother, Pat Reddington and 1 sister, Bernice Maxfield.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date and time.
