Violet Wood Obituary
Violet H. Wood, a resident of Mobile, AL, passed away on Feb 6, 2024 at the age of 88.
She was survived by her children Larry (Lee) Havens, Linda (Charlie) Hoff, Doreen (Cliff) Forner, Van (Pam) Coles, Anna (Bobby) Tempelton, and James Garlington; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband Franklin D Wood Sr, sons Franklin D Wood Jr and Patrick Madden, her father Henry L Carter, mother Roselle Carter, and several brothers and sisters.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 12pm at Magnolia Funeral Home - Moffett Chapel. Visitation will precede the service from 11am until 12pm. Interment will follow at Pierce Creek Cemetery.
