Janice L. Mahon passed away on June 21, 2024 at MidHudson Regional Hospital in Poughkeepsie. She was 78 years old.

Janice was born in Fall River, Massachusetts on November 19, 1945 the daughter of the late Wilfred and Agnes Monty Sevigny. She was married to John Mahon who predeceased her in 1988. Janice had worked at the VA at Castle Point in nursing, a job that she was very proud of and supporting veterans. She enjoyed spending time with her kids and grandkids.

Janice is survived by her son, John Mahon and his wife, Claudia; her daughter, Christina Musacchio and her husband, Jeffrey; her grandchildren, John Patrick Mahon and his wife, Jessey, Luke Christian Mahon, Anthony Musacchio, Jessica Musacchio and her fiancé, Kyle and Michael Musacchio; several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her brothers, Douglas and Joseph Sevigny and her sister, Madeline Larsen.
