Mary Holliman, age 66, passed away peacefully at Select Long Term Care Facility in West Allis, WI on June 1, 2024. Mary was born on February 22, 1958, in Tupelo, Mississippi. The daughter of Ida Mae and Richard Hollimon. She grew up in Racine, WI. Mary loved spending time with her family by going to the beach, having cookouts, weekend outings, and hosting parties. In her leisure time, she loved shopping, bowling, softball, shooting darts, volleyball, sewing, and cooking. She was “the life of the party”, always down for a good time. Dancing was the best way to keep her on the dance floor. Mary will be remembered for her kind spirit, sense of humor, sassy attitude, radiant smile, unconditional love, deep love for life, and so much more!
She is survived by her mother: Ida Mae (nee: McGee) Hollimon; Children: Prentis Holliman, Tiffany Hollimon, Veronica Stevenson, Sharonie Stevenson, and Natasha (Marquise) Stevenson; Siblings, Effie (John) Miller, Jessie Lee Hollimon, Margaret Brown, Eleie (Thomas) Fowler, and Jerry (Abra) Holliman; Nieces: Shavon “Bon Bon“ Bell and Demeetrise 'Dee' Ford; Grandchildren NaShon and Shannon Hollimon, Jalesia Brown, Jabari Waller, Bennie Pegues, Jayla Brown, Dwayne Stevenson, Malik Deleon, Joshua Bedford, Javion Payne, and Malani Williams; Great-Grandchildren, Naheim Hollimon, Jayden Waller, Jabari Waller Jr., Zyeire Williams, and A’mareon Perkins. Along with a host of relatives and friends.
Mary is preceded in death by her father Richard Hollimon, brothers: Sam, James B., Eddie, and David “DayDay” Hollimon; Nephew: Dwayne Henley; Special Friends: Gregory “Jack” Stevenson, Eugene Criaer, and Raymond “Ray”
