Jeiden Lee Minh Hardesty was born January 19, 2007 in Huntington, IN. He was 17 years old when he passed away on June 13, 2024 while visiting family in Youngsville, PA. He was a charismatic young man who enjoyed the company of his friends and family. Jeiden lived to write and draw his own Manga and was a talented artist. Jeiden was very clever with Legos and would build many complex structures, even winning blue ribbons for his builds at 4H events. Jeiden was also gifted in origami, constantly looking for new and complex designs to make and gift to others. He enjoyed cooking and eating new foods. He spent much of his time playing online with his friends and teaching his younger sisters about all of his interests. He became really excited when his younger sisters became just as interested as he was in various topics. Jeiden loved playing pranks and telling jokes. He especially loved making others laugh. Jeiden loved making friends and would talk to anyone in a friendly manner. Jeiden left an impact on everyone's life he entered. The warmth of his light will never be forgotten. Jeiden is survived by his mother and bonus dad, Tola and Andrew Hill, and 3 younger sisters, Micaela, Mei Li, and Jasmine Hill, all from West Lafayette, IN. Jeiden is also survived by his father and bonus mom, Aaron Hardesty and Jennifer Voght, and his bonus siblings, Damien and Kya Voght, of Kokomo, IN. Also surviving are his maternal grandparents, Hoa Tran and Sakhon Thach, of West Lafayette, IN; his paternal grandmother, Tina Ackerman, of Remington, IN; his bonus grandparents, Richard and Angie Hill, of Youngsville, PA; and many more beloved aunts, uncles, and cousins in Lafayette/West Lafayette, IN, Youngsville, PA, Layton, UT, Kentland, IN, and Fowler, IN. Jeiden's Celebration of Life Ceremony will be held at the Youngsville Fire Department, 29 Fireman Drive, Youngsville, PA on Tuesday 06/25/2024 from 12 pm to 2 pm.
