Gregory Lee Hale, age 60, of Pikeville, died Tuesday, June 11, 2024 at home with his loving family by his side. Greg was of the Christian Faith, loved his family, and fur buddy Chico. Greg worked for BCCX for twelve years. He was a unit manager and loved the people he worked with as if they were one big family. He enjoyed fishing, sports, working with children, coaching Little League Baseball and Bledsoe County High School Soccer and Archery.

Greg was preceded in death by his father, Gerald T. Hale; mother, Neva Jean Simmons Hale; mother-in-law, June Anne Pollard.

Left behind to cherish Greg’s memory is his loving wife of seven years, Jacqueline Hale; son, Joshua Hale; daughter, Sydnie Hale; step-son, Nathan McCready; grandson, Jameson McCready; brother, Gerald Lynn (Jane) Hale; father-in-law, Ted Pollard; brother-in-law, James Pollard (Kim); sister-in-law, Kathy (Steve) Schultz; nieces, Emalee, Amanda, Irelynn, Taylor, and Brooklynn; nephews, Caleb, Logan, Sean, and Chris; fur buddy, Chico; cousins, and a host of friends.

A celebration of Greg’s life will be held at 12:00pm CDT Saturday, June 15, 2024 in the Pikeville Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jeanie Brown officiating. The family will receive friends 4:00pm-9:00pm CDT Friday, June 14, 2024 and Saturday 10:00am until service time at the funeral home.
