Judy Deeb, 73, of St. Petersburg, FL, passed away on June 7, 2024 after a 3+ year battle with ALS.


Judy was born on May 26, 1951 to Daniel and Louise Waivol in Cleveland, Ohio. After graduating from Boca Ciega in 1969, she attended Thomlinson Adult Education Center to become an LPN at which profession she practiced until graduating from Pasco-Hernando Community College as an RN in 1986.


She worked as a Registered Nurse for the entirety of her career where she excelled at her natural caretaking abilities.


Judy’s favorite things included coffee, chocolate, I love Lucy, crossword puzzles, crime dramas and especially her grandchildren and children.


She is survived by her husband, Terry Deeb, her children, Patrick (Amanda), Michael, Angela Ritter (Tyler) and her six grandchildren, Brennan, Laila, Hayden, Hadley, Mia and Roman.


Services will be held at Brett Funeral Home on Friday, June 14th from 5pm-7pm. There will then be a Funeral Mass at the Cathedral of St. Jude the Apostle Chapel on Saturday, June 15th at 9:30am. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the ALS Association, (link at the bottom of this page)
